Rylee was set apart to be an Elder on May 31st, 2011 by President Steve Crandall. Other men who set him apart were Scott Hunsaker, Bishop Reese, Spencer Tycksen, President Hopkin, Bret Clapier, Chase Faddis, Bo Bybee, Jack Bybee, Mike Stapley, and Nate Smart .
